Feeding shrimps

Hi all
I’m thinking of getting a feeding tube or dish for the shrimps, which one do you find works best for you?

I have a couple of glass feeding dishes. I tend to hold a PVC tube into the water to drop the pellets down, but would get one of those glass tubes if I had some open top shrimp tanks.
