filter for fluval edge

Hello folks i want to do away with the power filter that came with my fluval edge and go for an external filter.Would a eheim ecco 130 be ok or would the flow be to much.Also if i had this filter would it then be possible to put a shoal of small fish in the tank.

I have a couple of Eheim eccos one used on a 40 litre and another used on a nano aquarium.
The taps have adjusters so you can regulate the flow.
So you wont have any problems on a Fluval edge......ideal choice.
Yes to some small fish ....but remember to use the media out of the fluval to kick start the new external filter.
