Someone might advise me here, finger prints/ grease marks on inside of glass. Tank is ready to be filled but I’d prefer to clean glass first or should I wait until full?

I wiped mine down with some damp kitchen roll before filling up. Then you can do a glass clean after you have filled up if you notice that you have missed some spots.
