First Aquascape

Question!
Floating plants. Keep or remove?
Whats the recommendation?
I’m getting somewhat tired of removing an bucket of salvinia every other week

The scape has now been running for just over 4 months. Rotala H’ra is colouring up nicely, still non CO2.
The last endler is still alive and seems to be doing fine. I’ve also found some baby shrimps. Finally some good news after the mass death.

@Dabryan Nice job on the Rotala! ... I never had any luck with those in my low techs. You do have a lot of light on that tank judging from the picture and it seems to work well - It looks like the light sits way above the surface?

Cheers,
Michael

If you add the co2, you'll see your plants take on a whole new level of vibrancy

Eight-ish months update.

Added 10 Tanichtys Micagemmae. Found out the hard way that they are jumpers. Well, 7 remaining and the cat got a snack.
Shrimps are breeding.
Endler still alive.
CO2, mayby next weekend or not. Very convenient with slow growth and low maintenance though.
