Critique my aquascape First attempt

this has been dragging on some months now but I finally found some time to start my scape. Rocks have been a real problem for me as I like to gain height old habit of mine. Planting is a way off yet and I’ve still got no base layer. This is my first attempt and not an attempt to copy or follow any other scapers. Still have lots of wood left over to add if needed what’s your thoughts

Its rather difficult to Critique on what you have done as all I can see is a few piles of rocks/wood with plenty of twiggy pieces of wood.

Looks like it will be more diorama style than nature aquarium :)

Just a comment on the base you’re using to give height - this looks to be densely packed, which is best avoided in aquariums as it will likely turn anaerobic over time (released gases may be extremely toxic to livestock)
