Fish ID.

I'm not very familiar with the biotope and not sure if the species even lives there but instantly thought rasbora, with rasbora gracilis the closest on my 2 minute Google search.
 
It's looks very similar and apparently it can show several different colour forms depending on locality.
Either way that's a serious algae problem...I think a substantial water change or two maybe needed:D

That's the good thing about biotopes,don't mind the algae anymore :p.
