Flow Around the Bottom of the Tank

Does anyone know how to increase the flow around the bottom of the tank for my HC?
Should I just my a extra pump.
My filter is a fluval U3. My tank size is 60 x 30 x 35.

Put a Korlia circulation pump in the tank and point it down towards your HC.
