In last weeks water change I found what apparently was a Dragonfly Nympha.
This weeks surprise was a two centimetres very very thin round (I think) white worm.
I wasnt quick enough to take a pic.
What could it be?
What can I do?
Can it be harmful to the fish (or me as I had my hands in there)?
Thanks in advance for the help

If it was hair like thin then probably detritus worm, quite common in aquariums and can actually be beneficial as they eat rotting matter in the gravel.

If you don't like seeing them give your gravel a good vacume over the next couple of weeks, that should reduce the numbers.

We actually saw only one.
So if there are not high numbers they are not a problem are they?
