Fry Food

Hi all, I've recently come over from 15 years on the dark side (cichlids) to see the light
So here's a little question for you,
What's the best Fry food for Betta Spledens?

I believe Inforsoria is best used at the start as Betta fry have small mouths. Then you can move on to Microworms and as they grow move on to bloodworms/commercial food.

Like Michael says, but you can more easily culture Green water and Vinegar eels. Mosquito larvae are also really good, if you collect the egg rafts you get really small baby Mosquito larvae. I can send some Vinegar eels when I sort out your House plants.
