I'm thinking of getting one of these:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... NA:GB:1123

The filter i'm attaching it to (Tetratec Ex700), uses a pipe with 11.3mm internal diameter. However the glass is available in 10mm (too small), or 13mm. If i heated up the pipe, would it stretch to fit over a 13mm diameter?

    TIA!

Not sure, although its best to warm up the pipes before fitting it to any glass work.

i tried fitting a fluval spray bar on to some 16mm clear piping, i heated it in boiling water and it didnt budge, it just made it loose if that makes sense. It was the exact same diammeter as the spray bar.

13mm should fit on EX700 hose. I have Aquatic Magic's 13mm on mine.
