Hi thinking of using either excel or easycarbo as a preventative to algae, however I have some riccaridia in the tank and have read it can be toxic to liverworts as it is to algae. Is this true or has anybody successfully used glutaraldehyde with riccardia?

plants, algae, moss with high amount of surface area compared to mass are not very tolerant to glut.
moss, algae and plants with thin leaves (vallisneria, synoganthus, tonina,) should not be used with gluteraldehyde based algae killing products.
i presume that it is the same with richardia moss. @afroturf

Thanks, having read a little further it is potentially as toxic if not more so to Vallis than liverworts, as I have some Vallis nana in the tank too I might give it a miss maybe buy a few more Amano shrimp instead.
