This week has been really busy for one reason or another, so I relaxed today going to the LFS near me. I was totally shocked to find Nature Aquarium World books 2 & 3 to go along with #1 I got sent this week.

With just having a quick read through book #1 last night started me thinking about totaly new things for all three of my tanks. When you take notes of what is in these books you think why didn't you think that yourself!

I also picked up some nice pieces of mini landscape rock to start scaping my 14 ltr and armed with little thoughts from those books I'm on my way.

Ah yeah, I forgot to say they had the second two books in that shop clark. Thought you had them all already mate :) They guy behind the counter was supposed to be getting a friend of his to email me. This friend apparently owns a books shop which has some random books. Sadly, no email...

Did they have a good selection of rocks mate?

What's the place near Bristol? I've yet to make it to Aquajardin, although I've been to Aquatic Habitat. I think there's a P@H near Cheltenham that "specialises" in plants as well. Might be interesting!

I would definately recommend you check out Aqujardin at some point, its an excellent shop, one of my favourites in fact.

Yup, AquaJardin is my first port of call, Aquatic Habitat is ok as it's closer for the bread and butter stuff but prefer the huge shop at AJ.
The P@H in Cheltenham have had their shop redesigned meaning that their plant section is a bit pants tbh.

The place in/near Bristol was called Parkers Aquatics and Garden centre (google gives there website). It was quite an old school looking place but had some nice choices of fish, had Nature Aquarium World book 3 on the book shelf (no book 1 :( ) and had a small selection of hardscape materials, some "traditional" and some slightly more interesting.

I was just passing by on the way back from the outskirts of Bristol with a mate (he was buying a second hand RO unit), we spotted the place and decided to have a look about.

Oh, if you happen to go, watch out for the ducks on the pond outside. I was "molested" by one :arghh:  Bloody thing kept pecking at my ankles! :D
