Help for Amano shrimp breeding

    Hi guys I have amano shrimp (female) with eggs so if you guys have any breeding experience plz let me know.

    It's hard work, and you can't do it in the holding tank. Have a look at plant inverts (a brilliant shrimp website)

    Good luck if you do try to breed them!

    If you don't, the larvae will just be a treat for the fish.

    No experience with breeding, but the shrimplets need to be raised in slightly salty water, sort of a brackish setup I believe. I think Dan was going to attempt this but I don't think he did do it in the end.

    In fresh water the shrimplets won't survive, but they'll provide live food for any fish though which is never a bad thing :)
