Help identify reason for this plant decay.

Hi I've attached some pictures of plant decay that has been occurring in my tank. The tank has been up and running for only 2 weeks and I seem to be getting some plant decay.

I use liquid CO2 carbon fertiliser (easy life - easycarbo) and liquid plant fertiliser (easy life - profito).

I have now slightly increased the fertiliser as the tank is heavily planted and I'm assuming some of these issues could be caused by a lack of nutrients. The tank is heavily planted hence I'm assuming it's okay to increase the fertiliser slightly above the recommended dosage.

I don't have any fish as the tank is still cycling hence there isn't any fish food that has been added into the tank(incase that makes a difference).

The plants should be acclimated by now but the decay is also happening to new leaves.

I could use some ideas.

Thank you.

Profito has no nitrogen or phosphorus
That'll be it then, especially as there isn't a bioload to contribute N and P... What you need is a fertiliser that contains both macro and micro nutrients like TNC Complete or you could buy dry salts and use EI.
The tank is heavily planted hence I'm assuming it's okay to increase the fertiliser slightly above the recommended dosage.
Better too much than not enough, it won't hurt. It's the central premise of EI...
The plants should be acclimated by now but the decay is also happening to new leaves.
Plants will take much longer than 2 weeks to acclimate especially if they were grown emersed.

Thank you both so much for that it explains a lot. I will look into the suggestions and make the change as soon as possible.
