Help identifying these white worms

Thanks for your input,
I also have a pearl gourami with a some kind of infection on his mouth so I am currently dosing both Pimafix and Melafix - I done a massive water change yesterday and this morning I didn't notice any 'white worms' on the glass as I have other mornings. I think I will keep a close eye on things and see whether the reduced feeding has the effect.............Here are a couple more pics which might show things a little clearer

definitely reduce your feed regime, i've moved completely to leaf litter and powder for the shrimps. Bacter AE is the best out there I've found.

Hi - I think these look more like detritus worms but I'm certainly no pro. If you can look at them through a magnifier, check the heads- Planaria has a triangular shaped head but is difficult to see unless your very close.
