Help needed for Led timer programmer …

Hello I bought one of those LED timer / programmer for my Twinstar 60s.
I just want to have the light coming on at 12 noon at 5%, then 1 o’clock for 6 hours at 40% . Then 1 hour 5% and the off until 12 the next day.
Could someone give me an idiots guide to how I achieve this.
I have successfully set the time but the rest is chaos …
