Help to id this moss please

Hey, I have found this awesome moss and am wondering if you guys have seen anything like it.

Please excuse the algae as I am having a bit trouble with it at the moment.

I think its flame moss or Java Moss.

I have to agree, I have tons of it in my garden. Thats the imersed form, emersed it goes real long and a little shaped like christmas moss.

Hi all,
If it is really an emersed one from the garden? and particularly if it came from a lawn? I think it is "Rhytidiadelphus squarrosus".
