help with c02 for new tank

I am planning getting an 80cm tank, but one of the things i know little about is the c02 aspect. so far i know that i will need a 2kg bottle, and this : http://aqmagic.com/store/product_info.p ... ulator-set

can you tell me what each part of the regulator set will do, how to use c02 effectively and other equipment i will need

ok thanks, for the dop checker though, would it have to be in there 24/7? and will a cheap one do from aquatic magic? what happens if i run out of solution?

I believe most ppl would leave it in all the time as i do.
There is very little difference between them, apart from the way they look, they all work the same.
The solution lasts for about 2 wks so you should never get caught out.
