This is a introduction from me, My names Andrew and I've been floating around these forums for a while now (lurking, reading and learning).
I am a novice when it comes to planted tanks, but am making progress on installing my first dedicated aquascape in an old Regency 100 tank that was handed down to me. Prior to this venture I've had numerous fish-orientated tanks which included
Several (4 or 5) separately setup community tanks before moving onto;
Red Tiger Oscars and more recently a poorly thought out;
Discus/planted tank which admittedly I wound up 15 years ago.
I intend on making a larger display tank in a few years once I've learnt a few skills on the Regency 100. Things have moved on so much in 15 years, mainly on the information front - I remember back then writing into fish magazines for help.
