House plants in reduced bin

Hi all
Went to a garden centre just to get out the house and found 2 house plants in the reduced bin, they looked in desperate need of a home so I bought them
50p for the small one
£3 for the large one
Only thing was no labels and no other house plants the same so I could get any info

Can anyone I’d them and help me with tips on the care they require

The small one looks healthy enough while the larger needs more tlc

The first one looks like some kind of Peperomia, maybe P. orba 'Pixie lime'? For the other one I would guess Aglaonema commutatum.
