How many ottos will i need for a 60l tank?

In 60l tank i have 6 but is depends how many different types of fish do you keep in this tank

I have 3 in a 20 ltr and 5 in a 200 ltr - all doing fine, perhaps require more in the 200 ltr but it keeps them busy (working overtime)

i have 3 in my 216l, but i'm getting another 10, as they aren't doing much ATM, and prefer to live in groups.
