Hi, does anybody know if the Hydor Eth 300w will fit a Fluval 104 or 304 external canister filter, as these filters have the ribbed type hoses?
    Regards Kev.
Also does anyone know if this affects the priming function of the filter in anyway?
    Kev.
Or the flow rate for that matter?
    Many thanks Kev.

It probably wont, if not you can easily change over the tubing to standard non-ribbed for a few quid.

It shouldn't affect it at all.

It is reduce flow a bit, but probably not so much that you would notice.

Should do, I've done it on an old 204 which took standard 12/16mm tubing I think it was. Either way it wasn't any special size just what I got from my local MA!
