Hydor In Line Heaters

Hi

My heater failed yesterday fortunately without any loss to my stock, looks like heat element do not heat water any more.

This is my second unit which failed on me I'm just unlucky one or there is some issue with this heaters ?

Mine failed recently.Hydor are aware of an issue.

All heaters suffer this to some degree, it's to do with the crappy thermostat they use and the contacts constantly connecting and disconnecting. Solution is to use a controller unit or use two heaters for the time one eventually kicks the bucket.
