I've just bought a classic 600 to replace an old Eheim thermo filter and am looking at heater options.
Would I be able to run a Hydor 300w inline on the outlet of the Classic 600 using 12/16mm to 16/22mm hose reducers with a short length of 16/22 hose either side of the heater.
The 600 has a 12mm outlet and the Hydor needs 16mm hose. I'd step it back down to 12mm on the output of the heater to make it still work with the installation set 2.
