Hydrocotyle Verticillata Turning Brown ?

My Hydro leaves have just turned brown on top, they also are starting to have very "wavy" looking stems, rather than straight up.

Deficiency ?

I'll post pics if people need them to diagnose.

I used to find the older plants would get a brown algae, new leaves wouldn't be effected. I used to cut them off which the plant liked but i understand now as always its a co2 related issue. I also found in low tech they used to be bendy rather than straight, would guess this is a co2 trait too.

Photos will help diagnose...
 
Repositioned the HOB in a more flow efficient position earlier, and now I'm only running 18W.

Lets see how it goes, thanks for the help guys :D
