Hi All

I would like to attach an inline diffuser to my external filter. Do I need to change the position of my filter outlet or is the diagram attached correct?

Not sure if it needs to be further away from the water surface.

Thanks in advance!

What has the greater amount of Co2 absorbtion.... in-line or a reactor with those funny looking balls inside?
Well in a reactor no bubbles reach the surface of the water so reactors should be more efficient. Reactors should also have a higher CO2 uptake by the tank water which is reactor dependant and varies with bubbles size, working pressure in the reactor, swirling water etc and the target [CO2], IME the higher the [CO2] the more CO2 it takes and it does seem linear as the higher the [CO2] the higher the losses from the surface of the tank
