Hi guys I have been fighting this algae for more than 5 weeks. I think it was BGA so I started double dosing KNO3 and doing 2x50% water change, plus cleaning and substrate vacuuming (1/4 of the tank each week). But I still have this algae. So now I start thinking its not BGA.
Here are the spec of the tank.
260 L (70G)
Filtration : FX 5 and a 1100 L/h canister
Light : 2 x 54 w photoperiod 8 hours
Co2 : can't count from the BC because its a stream of bubbles. Ph is 4,84 at lowest ! I was running an atomizer but now I run a DIY reactor.
So here is a shot

I will put down this tank In less than a month because I am living the country for 3 weeks. But I would like to know which one it is ! Lol

Thanks

You're right - it doesn't look very blue or green in the picture. BGA is usually quite vivid in colour and looks like a thin 'blanket'. Could this be diatoms?

Hi
Thanks guys for your answers !
Yes I think you are wright it diatomic algae.
The tank is not new it's running for 6 month now.

Well thanks again and hope to come with a nice new scape after holidays !
