Is this impossible to get rid of?

Hi Guys and Girls,

I am having a vcery anoying problem with this algea, it mainly attacks my moss and sometimes my rotala.
Heres some pics

Tank Specs,
Lights - 2.8wpg on for 8 hours,
Substrate - ADA Amazonia,
Flow - 700 external + 900 flow pumb = 16,000 lph
Ferts ADA Brightly K and ADA Step 1 1ml each and easy carbo 1.50ml a day.
Co2 - Pressured 1 bubble every 3 seconds, drop checker green. 1 on before lights on and a hour after lights off. Diffusused by inline diffuser.

Any help welcomed I just need help....

Did I miss the volume of the tank?
I guesse about 150lt? if so 1 bubble every 3 seconds seems very low.

Nope i fogot to put that its a 60l tank.

I would think the caurse is not enough co2 reaching your plants for the given light.

You seem to have a lot of flow, it might be to much?
If you are using an UP external atomiser, what is the pressure reading on your regulator, you need 1.7 - 2 bar for these to work efficiently.
Do you have a drop checker with the correct fluid inside?
