I've got a fairly new setup and just looking for some advise on light times and Co2

Ive got a 240L tank with a Biomaster 850 and running an inline C02 diffuser.

I've got a Juwel HeliaLux 1200 LED Light Unit.

Currently I've got the following setup

Dawn - 13:30 to 13:45 white 10% blue 40%
Sunrise - 15:45 to 16:00 white 50% blue 50%
Sunset - 21:00 to 22:00 white 0% blue 50%
Dusk - 22:00 to 22:30 white 0% blue 0%

Co2 comes on at 10:00 and off at 21:00

Any advise on the times or intensity of the light would be great.

Sounds like you have a good approach already. I would just follow the drop checker and plant health and adjust the light/co2 if you think you need it.
