Has anyone used these lights for plant growth, it's for my 70 liter I've attached the spectrum chart is it any good? Also is there a difference in plant growth with cool or warm white led?

In general plants don't care about the spectrum, a photon is a photon for them. We on the other hand try to like what we are looking at, so pick the spectrum you find most pleasing.
