I’m guessing it will grow plants but may look abit odd having a 600 x 600 tile hanging from the ceiling. How will you hang it? As this normally just drop into grid ceilings.

Most are also very bright so it may be a case that you will melt your plants if this isn’t hung high enough.

It will work OK. As @Conort2 says they <"need a frame or similar"> to insert the panel into, and possibly a heat sink as well.

You can <"get manual "trailing edge" dimmers for some of these"> types of light panel.

yes .. i am planning to make a frame that prevents the lighting around and directs the light into the aquarium...btw. tank size is 80cm x 80cm x 55cm so the light will reach everywhere in the tank...
