Led lighting advice

I have deep tank... A little shy if 2 foot deep. And looking for a led fixture for it.
Have seen the fluval pro units, aswell as aquaone plantglo..
Are these going to put out enough light to reach the bottom and be able to grow plants?

Dam... That's a nice setup. Have since picked up a full spectrum led unit, hopefully it works out well
