Lets play detective

If you run an air-stone and the fish are still gasping after a few hours.
Suspected causes
1. Amazonia still leaching Ammonium.
2. The filter has suffered a bacteria crash.
3. The aquarium is not cycled.
4. Gill damage.

Cleaned the filter and gave it a really good once through, the floss I'd put in only 2 weeks ago was black, can't believe how dirty it had gotten so fast, good job the 150's are an easy filter to clean. Added a HOB for extra night time agitation, will drop the water level to increase it more at light out. I'd shut down the quarentine tank and moved it's filter onto the other 45f which is 100% definitely going through a cycle with being raw amazonia and tropica. If there's gasping again I'll put everything in my shrimp tank and go from there.

Tested again with strips and nothing on there out of the usual but test strips are notoriously meh.

No gaspers this morning.
I'll take the Hob off and monitor, I'm thinking we've got to the bottom of it. Clogged filter floss.
