Can you guys please recommend me a CO2 set that is cheap and good. I live in Philippines so money is a big deal for me. I used ebay and saw regulators w/ soleniod. But i dont know what tank does it fit. It says 21~22mm. By the way my tank is 16gals and my set-up is for Iwagumi hairgrass.

21-22mm sound like JIS thread which is roughly the same as the DIN thread used in the europe. CGA threads are different used in the states and often on paintball tanks in other countries too
You could just ask filling station which threads/tanks they can fill or just get a tank from them
