I recently found an old glass aquarium that is 40cm wide by 26cm tall and 26 cm deep (so about 27l I think). I would like to have a go setting this up as a filterless Nano with a few easy plants and was wondering if anyone could recommend a suitable light that wouldn’t break the bank?

Thanks

Alan

If You’re on a tight budget check out the LED lamps on the auction site, item number 173837703013. They are only a few quid each and available in three different colours, 3000K, 4000K and 6000K. I bought one of the 12W ones and it’s quite bright.
