Lighting advice

i am looking to change my lighting on my 60L 60cm tank i have found a arcadia t8 lighting system on ebay

this has 2x T8 25W and i currently have one T4 24W,

i have 3 questions,

1. will this unit supply enough light for my tank?
2. is this a good deal for this unit?
3. will this light look silly on my tank because it is a 800mm and my tank is a 600mm?

That unit would be plenty enough lighting price is pretty good too.
