Little help please..

How do I include a picture in this section rather than as links lower down?

Look at the bottom right hand in the reply section. 3 buttons, the middle one says "Upload a File" click that and select the image stored on your PC.
After this you get the option in to choose left hand bottom to show a thumbnail from this picture at the bottom, or Full Image (embedded) in between the text.

I just use the Windows 10 snippet tool copy the image and just press Ctrl +V to paste it into the post

Does anyone think a tutorial on how to use the features on the website would be helpful? - I've never come across one so apologies if it exists.
I only recently learned how people turn a word into a link by asking @dw1305 (Thanks Darrel)

Some times the file is too large to upload...so use the above tool to resize a photograph/image!
