Low tech flow rate

I have trigon 350 low tech, t5 lighting
Upgraded the pump to a fluval 402 and also installed fluval 305 external
So I think I get the following
1200 LPH from 402
1000 LPH from 305
Therefore that's about X6 flow
Plants are different ferns species and Anubias
Is this flow rate ok?

Hi dean,
Thats sufficient flow for a low tech, I used much less on my previous tank. I kept my lighting very low though

Hi! Iv always had x5 (or even less) flow rate at my low-techs and everything is always fine but one must make sure that flow really gets everywhere, even to the bottom. I have also found importat keep bushes "airy", so flow get throw them and plants must not let be overgrow too bushylike.

I've got anubias and ferns growing in zero flow tanks, they do fine.
