Low tech heavy stocked dry fert recipe

hi, I have been using a fert mix I got from eBay designed for heavy stocked low tech tanks. It doesn’t contain N and P. I basically mixed the bag with one litre of water and dose 50ml per week. I have a 450L tank. My tank/plants are doing great. I also use root tabs around my amazon swords every few months.
Now I have loads of dry ferts and read these don’t have a use by date so would anyone have a recipe for a fertiliser similar to the eBay one that I could mix, with no N and P. It seems similar to TNC Lite
