Max mix co2 reactor problems.

So I gave up trying to run a bazooka atomizer in my tank as I would need an extra powerhead to disperse the co2 . I may try this again at some point .

I've hooked an internal pump(rated at 1200l/h) in my aquarium with the max mix reactor . I'm still getting visable bubbles coming from the reactor .

Could I fill this with bio balls to help with breaking up the co2?

yes you could - the only issues is that your flow rate will be reduced - it wont be 1200 litre per hour, as your restricting the flow with media.
