Mission Bathtub 2023 - Azolla Mania

Can’t wait for the next update @zozo 😎

Always a joy following your Mission Bathtub series. Keep up the great work.
Thank you... :) Lately, I was a tad too late with the lily flowers to take pictures... These flowers only live 3 to 4 days...

But I see there is a new one about to open up in the tub... Maybe tomorrow, then I'll snap some shots...

They said 3 years ago it was a dwarf / mini Thypa 🤔 so that would be a 6-foot dwarf...

Gratiola officinalis... Commonly known as (have) MercyHerb in my native language...

Here i tried to snapshot the Willow with the Aphids and the Ants, but it was too windy and got the Water mint and the Cricket instead... Didn't even know it was there when i took the picture... Can you see him/it?

Hi all,

Nice, that one is Baldellia ranunculoides.

cheers Darrel

I guess you are correct, tho i think to remember it was sold to me as the Alisma graminium... But the flower is indeed different.

"She" and a Speckled Bush-cricket (Leptophyes punctatissima).
Ok, I see now that she is too large to be him... Thanks!...

Baldellia is <"also rare"> (in fact rare in Europe)

I was mistaken, I bought it indeed as a Baldellia, the nursery i got it from never grew an Alisma graminium.

Also still have the Butomus umbellatus growing next to it...

But somehow that one always starts well in the spring, growing fast, but during the summer gets a setback and till yet never flowered. But keeps on surviving.
No idea why or what it could be because all the other plants in the tub are to greedy and nicking all the goodies. Anyway, it's still in there with some green, so maybe some other time...
