@UseHerName Nicely done! You could add more plants - it will help mature the tank faster. Also start dosing fertilizer from day one - no need to wait. As soon as you start seeing some nice growth (in about a month or so from now) you can slowly start introducing appropriate livestock - don't rush it though.

Thank you Michael! I’ll try to get some more absolutely, I’m considering to transfer some of the plants from my existing tank, but I’m worried about the snails, I prefer not to have them in the new tank.

I'm a beginner at this and my tank is mostly still in the planning stage, so can't offer much more than a question that you, or maybe someone else, could answer;

Will the plants at the front sides not eventually cover the focal points (the archway in the stones etc)? They look like plants I'd expect to quickly grow and spread, losing visibility of what's behind it?

What fish are you planning to keep in this tank?
