What about a wave maker of 3000 ltrs per hour for the carpet ... tank being 300 lts?

Hmmm, not sure to be honest.

I think the first might be Hygrophila corymbosa "Compact" (See this link).

The second is possibly something called "fountain grass", but I don't think it's a proper aquatic.

The tank looks good though, I like open areas.

A really lovely plant, and is getting quite a bit of attention from the Asian Aquascapers at the moment.
