    Hi all

Could someone quickly look what light tubes I've chosen for new setup 70x40x40, please?
    That will be 4 X T5 24W 550mm, and they are:
    Philips 880
    Philips 840
    Arcadia Plant Pro
    Sylvania Grolux
The tank will be heavily planted with CO2 addition, basically I'll move all my stuff from 70l to 112l (some DIY photos soon)
    Cheers

Well, they will all work for plant growth. The colour temperature produced by all four as a combination may appeal to some but not to others. The plants don't mind though.
4x24W of t5 over 112litres is a heck of a lot of light even for a high-tech tank IMO. You'd be better served to run just 2x24W for the majority and only use the full 4x24W whack for photos or midday bursts.

That's exactly the plan. Two additional tubes will be switch on only for 2-3h midday
