Need help identify this worm or leech in my tank!

As per title, I found out that apparently this worm is under the classification of Turbellaria, but I don't know the specifies of it.

I've attached a screenshot of the photo from Aquasabi. It doesn't glide or slides, it's movement is similar to a caterpillar.

Does anyone knows what this is and if it's harmful to shrimps?

I think it falls under the group of flatworms which Planaria is a part of, but this is not Planaria by the looks. It dont look like it has a pharynx or digestive cavity so might be Acoela which are algae feeders.
