Looks like it might be the original plant that will melt away while the new growth adapts to new conditions (or maybe damage from the soil leech early on?).

Recently planted?

The new leaves look good.

Tank is around 4 months old. New leaves are Ok, only the older leaves are being affected.

Are any of the affected leaves, leaves that grew in your tank since planting?

If no, then increase water change frequency and hold out. When you have enough new healthy growth, then trim and replant - in for the long game.

All the while, remove really bad leaves.

If some are leaves that grew in your tank, then we need to determine the root issue.

Ferropol conatins iron and potassium, so no nitrogen and phosphorus which lack of will cause necrosis on older leaves and slower growth overall.
I would stop dosing Ferropol and start dosing some standard macro fertilizer (nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus).
Doesn't Amazonia have a lot of iron anyway?
