Just setting up a 600 litre tank. Not new to fish keeping but very new to plant keeping as opposed to killing. Very inspired by the planted tank hobby and the pictures of aquascaping Ive seen.
Substrate choices a little more limited here compared with UK and MAF seem to keep a tighter control on what flora and fauna is allowed in.
Reading through the forum has saved me from an expensive dalliance with pH monitoring. I take it opinion hasn't changed in the last few weeks.
