Well, here it is half finished.

Plan is to have some emersed plants on lower ledge (in aqua soil.) I will also have some terrestrial plants moss in the upper structure and will probably add pieces of wood at some point.

I got the tanks from aquariums for life.

I am getting there, few more plants added.

I really like the dimensions... tricky to cover though! I take it your just leaving open..?

Yeah I just leave it open, as an ex reefer I am uses to that. Just needs topping up a bit more often, for that I use RO. For water changes I use RO/tap mix.

This looks really good. Like how you have made the cliffs and planting areas.
Did you use foam to fill in the rocks, or just fill with soil etc.

Thanks Gill, I silicone the rocks onto a frame of pvc fiberboard and filled the gaps with silicone and used lava rock dust and black gravel pushed into the silicone to make it look like one piece.

And another update, I am terrible at pics.

I need some black sheets to stop the reflections

There are loads more plants in there now. I have some Hygrophila Lancea in the submerged/emerged shelf so will see how that goes. And there is more Limnophila and Rotala in there now. I am currently attaching more root like accent branches both underwater and above.

Never seen this design before, not sure how you would add lighting?
