Defo reduce your light thought. 12 hours in a low tech tank will lead to the plants to burning themselves out.

Go for 8 hours max at about 70% (I’m not that familiar with the Fluval light).

Also look at a more ‘complete’ fertiliser.

The more light the hungrier they’ll get, with no co2 and low ferts they quickly go leggy and go over.

Thxs for the advice, iv lowered the light duration to 8hrs now and looking to try a different fertiliser, slight algae atm so might try liquid co2 see how that fairs, its grown right out now looks like a jungle lol need to do some trimming
