Hi,

I have a fluval osaka 155 litre tank. It has 2 24 T5's and I've added 2 marine white Aquarays LEDs. My local Maidenhead aquactics allowed me to pay the extra and upgrade the filter to the fluval 305 external.

I have a D&D CO2 set. Roughly how many bubbles a minute should I be aiming for? My PH is 7.2. I'm going to get a CO2 drop checker this weekend. Sorry this is my first time with CO2.

THanks!
Russ

SamC has it right and i'd start at 1 bubble per second and see what colour that achieves in the drop checker then adjust from there. Good luck.

not much in it really, I'd go for the cheapest one I can find on ebay.

The important thing is to fill it with 4dkh water (which you can get from aqua essentials) so that the reading it gives is reliable. The drop checker tutorial on here is invaluable for understanding why the 4dkh water is important.
